One of the highlights of staging ‘Their Finest Hour’ is when we get a visit from relatives of airmen who feature in the show. At the recent 22nd February matinee Bomber Command pilot Reg Barker’s daughters Sylvia and Clare joined us. Reg’s remarkable account of surviving being shot down in 1944 is retold in the show by actor Ellie Notley. After the show Sylvia, Clare, Ellie,and director Joey Malyan met up.
